1. Send email to warsawrugbyfestival@gmail.com with intention to enter.

2. Await confirmation email from the Warsaw Frogs with tournament details.

3. Pay deposit using:

• Mens Teams EUR 500 (2,360 PLN)

• Ladies Teams EUR 300 (1400 PLN)

• This is deducted from your final entry fee.

4. We provide a team entry form for you to fill out with a photo, logo, and team information for the program.

 

5. Pay full team entry fee:

 

Early Bird rate:

160 EUR pp for men.

110 EUR pp for ladies.

(Must pay deposit before Dec 31st 2023)

Regular rate (for deposits paid after Dec. 31, 2023):

180 EUR pp for men 

120 EUR pp for ladies.
